Thanks to Bert Lies I could at least get to the porta-loo. Thanks for the galoshes, Bert. Conditions could be dangerous if unprepared. No driving. Bike riding not possible. Generators runout of fuel so radio stations and all services shut down. Those still on duty stuck at their posts as replacements can’t get to work.
